The OUCCAS team hosts Zoom office hours on Fridays from 10:00–11:00 a.m. (ET).

When: Weekly on Fridays from 10:00–11:00 a.m. (ET) – excluding University holidays and closings.

Where: Zoom (Online only)

What to Expect:
Faculty and staff may join to ask questions and/or discuss the undergraduate course and curricula approval process. Frequently discussed topics include:

  • CIM for Courses
  • CIM for Programs
  • General questions about approval procedures

Please note: The Zoom link is available only during the scheduled time. OUCCAS will not host Office Hours on official NC State University holidays and closings. If you have any questions/concerns, please contact the OUCCAS team at courses-curricula@ncsu.edu.
